why dont they include train rides at another price? -
Cos they are not stupid?
If include unlimited train with bus rides at a decent price,who will ever pay single trip fare ever again. -
i wonder how many people actually take bus rides up to $98 a month.

i take only about 20$ worth of bus a month...
at most 30.....

yup i wonder too,most people take a mixture of the MRT and buses...
This $98 thingy is only a for show thingy to try make SMRT look good in the face of unreasonable fare increases that benefit only very little people -
$98 a month works out to be around $3.20 a day.
it is really for show only. -
me still student so 1 week 5dollar 1 month 20 dollar lor....sometimes got left over...lol

Say teritarty, bus is $52, MRT is $45 (No more than 4 rides per day, if take MRT - LRT tranfer, 2 trips is used up), hybird (Bus + MRT) is $97 -
At first I was like wow $98 for unlimited usage. Then I read on, trains not included, I went fcuk it.

They think their buses so good ah? The drivers sometimes drive like snail, brake like a co.ck, the seat space so bloody tight, some got funny funny insects hidden somewhere, bust stopping button not working, air con at full blast during cold mornings, never ever come in regular intervals.....
... and still want to come up with this crap.

$98 i can use for 4 mth plus .. -
transitlink might as well make the bus fares and mrt fares standard at $1 for adults no matter how long or short the journey is. for students, 50 cents and for senior citizens 75 cents. then give transfer rebates when applicable.
