Can anyone verify this?I just recieved calls from a particular +861 number twice and lucky i didnt answer.
National Library Board cannot trace the location of the call as its a cell phone number and not a fixed line.
my Husband receive it once and I receive it twice. But all missed calls and all different numbers. I even thought it's his distant relative there calling (but also was thinking how the heck they know his and my handphone number?? So cannot be them calling)
So I sent a global sms to the caller asking who she or he is. The caller never reply. So out of curiousity I go search 861 belongs to which Country, then found out it's from the above mentioned Country. About 2 months later, I received the second one.. the phone ring only less than one sec on my table and become missed call. I thought maybe that caller using prepaid card and don't have enough value on the prepaid card. Now I know why it's all missed calls. Because the caller hung up too fast. Anyway we won't bother to call back also. If I really want to answer also cannot, because the caller hung up within 1 sec of dialing and connecting through. For safety and security reasons I did not delete the missed calls' numbers.
