its not spam call.. 'scam calls' is more appropriate word...

so long ago already..... my dad and I kanna one year ago........they tried to bluff you that you won million dollars due to ur handphone number or something, then ask you go to China immediately to collect, then if you cannot, then you have send them money to transfer for you.
the news reported such scam incidents already. They tried to call the person in china, then they really bluff here and there, scold vulgar already when the reporter prove to them that they are scamming.
Such people damn bo liao. -

It's possible to bar outgoing IDD calls, but not incoming IDD calls.
However it doesn't seem possible that anyone would bear IDD charges for receiving an incoming call. As long as you're logged onto a Singapore phone network, your incoming calls are totally free or u pay only local incoming call charges (depending on ur phone plan). Even if the caller tried to make a collect call via an operator, you'd be speaking to the operator first.. they will not connect the call unless you give ur explicit consent to receive the call.
But if u find anything unusual with ur bill, 1st thing to do is report to ur mob service provider. -

I got one call this afternoon when I'm sleeping. I heard my handphone on the floor beside my bed ringing and I jumped out of bed. Only ring one time then stop. But luckily lah if not this ring woke me up I'll be lazy to go office again and instead continue sleeping.
