Samsung sucks

Recently I bought a Samsung D510, half an hr after idling, the phone screen goes blank white color. When I called the shop, they say there is no 1 for 1 exchange. M1 also dun have that policy anymore. But hey i just bought the phone a day ago!
I brought it to the Samsung service centre and all they say is I go check see how long it will take for the parts to come. Check 5 days le, still say checking when i called back.
Conclusion: the phone and the service sucks.

thinking of buying a new sumsang phone though.. now ill ask around for their service quality to make double sure. -
im sure u can find nokia, SE, LG, motorola, panasonic, dopod, o2 users who will tell u about their sucky fones and sucky service centres
so if u hear one or two complaints, u are not going to buy tt brand? -
Got this guy bought his n73, and had his set replaced 5 times because of 1 dead pixel. The last one he is holding now still has 1 dead pixel.

den ill seriously consider motorola, if no like, den oso no choice. if samsung they describe until soooo bad. den ill consider other brands oso. -

Just to tag along some of the SE newer models the nIpple stick cannot move up down left right liao. Can only press in to indicate Enter. If wan the shiok stick muz go get older model liao

u noe y nokia open so many care centre mah...
cos nokia hp has tons of problems... so must open many many...
unlike samsung, afew care centre cos problem little little bit niah... -
