I was On the Verge of Suing someone... For taking a Video of me and my classmates arguing...I knew it happened...And i purposely let them be...So that if the situation presents itself...Might have a chance to sue all of them...

In your description here, your case is weak as you've pointed out that you knew you've been filmed but you didn't attempt to stop the filming and let it be... Also you and your friend are engaged in a domestic argument, not consituting to an offence... But isnt taking a video or a picture of an individual an offence still without the consent of the person ? -
The offence will warrant a letter of warning issued against the offender... Unless you file a complaint with Subordinate Court registrar for a civil complaint... Its not illegal in Singapore.
It is however illegal if the video is obscene or shows a person naked w/o their knowledge. The offence is known the same as distributing porn VCDs.
Without the person's knowledge and if that person is a female, you are outraging their modesty. Yep. Its very chargeable in court. both for public prosecution and civil sue. -

Someone takes a video at your home. meaning someone was invited to your home and that person took vids of you in your home? or someone not in your home and tooks vids of you outside your home? or someone not invited to your home, but went in w/o your invitation, plants a video cam in your home and took your vids without your knowledge?
Post it around. online? you undress? you doing unspeakable things? or you in your daily routine of sit down eat dinner?
intrude your privacy? now...how to do that?
if caught, lets discuss if caught, only you can elaborate the above. -
