What i was saying is that...If they take pictures of you in your house...Or even a video...Isnt that violating of privacy ? As in take Outside...From their houses... I check the visible range for a normal person to look that far would be quite useless....Unless he had a bino for use...
Differences as in, that violating of your privacy, what is the intention?
Basis of law is on intention. means rea.
let say, if you are in your flat, your windows open and without curtians to cover up. You walk around naked with your lights on and can be seen from outside.
People took vids of you from outside the flat at the opposite side of the flat. They keep for their own viewing...thats in a sense invading your privacy. but then....if you never used curtains, you are exposing yourself voluntarily. So how is that invading your privacy when your own intention is to expose?
let say someone took that vid of you naked walking around your house and you are in fact ruing their good mood to see an ugly man walking around naked. thats exposing you for your lewd act. Even the TV media will come and help take vids.
And if it was a vid of you at your own home, doing normal things and they put it up for everyone to see to pinpoint you. thats invading your privacy resulting in you being slandered or deframe.....that you can sue.
