Wedding Invitations - Addressing Your Family Members

  On wedding invitations, how does one usually address the recipient, who is family?
  
  For instance, if the recipient of the invite is your 3rd brother, which is more appropriate:
  
  a) Mr Chye Bee Hoon & Family
  b) Chye Bee Hoon & Family
  c) Bee Hoon & Family
  d) 3rd brother & Family
  e) better suggestions?

  for some traditional chinese, if they don't receive a formal invitation sent personally to the doorstep by the bride/groom's family... they'll remember and keep harping on it till the day they kick the bucket.
  
  I'm trying to avoid scenarios like this, so have to decide carefully how to address them...

  mine wedding....my parent just gave a call to the immidiate relative...no cards needed..

  When me was holding my wedding dinner few years back, me put down my brother as "Name" (Brother) and Family, and "Name" (Sister) and Family...
