EU is big. And those unis may require you to learn an extra language if English is not their first language. Examples are France and Germany.
You better do some research first then decide what you want. -

There are some degree programs in UK. Might wanna look at those if u wanna do it in EU. But I think doing in US might be interesting. -

To save yourself alot of grief, you should read up on what criminology actually entails before plunging into the abyss.
I did a module on criminology at uni and it certainly wasn't what I expected it to be. The problem with a subject like 'criminology' is that it is one of those poncy social science subjects with a very wide scope.
Hence, depending on who your lecturers are, you might be looking at sexy CSI stuff like 'The Criminal mind', 'Why people commit crime', to very very boring stuff like 'Crime and Race', 'Crime and gender', 'Drugs', 'Cinema', 'Crime and Media' etc. -

Do a Google and U will find tons of Indians, PRC, Pakistani taking the deal.
hmm... sorry.. I state free education did not say everything free!
These countries sponor the education part even U are foreigner for living part and makan part.. no sponor loh.. U need to provide ability to cover those cost there.
Hey.. U already got rid of the most expensive part of overseas education (Tuition fee).
Go ask around those who had studied overseas. what kind of expenses takes up the larger piece of the pie? Tuition fee or living expenses?

But what i need is a community college or foundation school which accepts the london cambridge O levels cert as entry,equivalent to highschool
and which cc or foundation school provides me the route to criminology? -

last time check with Purdue Uni. No need Foundation at all. Just need 7 'O' levels credits (meaning C6 or better).
Other lesser famous Uni like Uni of Arizona only need 5 or 6 'O' Level credits and U can start 1st yr.
Some ppl claimed UiUC do the same. But I am not sure.
Famous and better Uni like UMich, USC, UT Austin etc. don't allow that and U need to go CC.
Alot seem to like Santa Monica College, bear in mind U need to do well keeping a GPA of like 3.9 and have close relationships with Teachers (need them to write good recommendation letters).
if U talk about Oz Uni... almost all offer foundation.. just do 1 yr and U can enroll into those Oz Uni.
if U aiming for UK only.. need to do more googling.. -
to get the most accurate info, please get on the internet after your Os and go to the uni websites and READ UP on the course!
they will tell you what are the prerequisites and whatever you need to know...
and if you have questions you can email the uni people also...
and btw...how come oni need foundation course then can get in...me can oni do criminology IF i major in sociology and get AT LEAST 80% average in my 2nd year courses
and i must do courses in anthro,political science,psych,socio,econs...
and erm...even IF it is offered in singapore, please dont take it

By the time U go.. cost maybe SGD$55K per yr. 4 yrs in Uni + 1 yr in foundation
