take ur body temp... if mild eat panadol then go rest. if 38 degree and above, u might want to use towel to sponge urself on neck, armpit, groin area... or put ice bag on forehead. rest well... eat porridge and drink plenty of water. or go for a cold bath. If temp cont with no improvement, go see a doc... might be some infection in urbody....
