Eat eat healthier, foods with calcium, especially green leafy vegetables
Drink drink more MILK!!!! Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, banana, anything. Just drink more. You may try eating cereals for babies. No idea if they work, but maybe got some nutrients there that can help you.
