how come no one talked about taiwanese gals?
when I was in NS, everyone was so excited about going taiwan (more than thailand), and indeed, there are many many pretty gals in Taiwan
Very sweet demeanour, very gentle, their speech is very gentle and light-weighted. Unfortunately, our Singlish don't go down well to build that sort of image for singapore gals.
either way, I can't comment much coz my beloved wife's from China. She came here to study her Masters in NUS, so is very intelligent, independent, fiercely assertive, yet sweet and gentle at the same time.
I have personally met about 5 singaporean ladies, whom all preferred to watch and KIV me until I start work before they decide if I am suitable (NUS undergrad got potential no achievement).
I won't say all singapore gals are like that (coz I am a frog in the well since my sample size is about 5), but I sincerely believe, regardless of where a person comes from, there are bound to be good and bad people. Probably, several guys here are pretty unlucky for meeting the bad ones and therefore are now cursing and swearing at singapore gals. -

Taiwanese gals seemed to like Singaporean guys too. Many of those we met seemed particularly excited when they know we are from Singapore
My wife says that singaporean guys (when MATURED) are actually pretty good, and she says this from her group of friends whom are with singapore guys.
