I read the book Gates of Fire: An Epic Novel of the Battle of Thermopylae, which is about 300 Spartan knights and their allies faced the massive 100,000+ forces of Xerxes, King of Persia.

If you ask me.. Warrior is Zhao Tzu Long, Guan Yu or Yue Fei. These ppl can bash thru an army alive.

Greatest warrior shall be guan gong.... hahaha millions of worshipper.... and he single handed slain 200++ soldier and generals including Cao Cao few top generals who tried to stop him from galloping after he know the news where Liu Bei is.
Spartan knight are great but they are fully armed horsemen with heavy armor while at war with lousy persian soldier. And those knight armor are so good at that time that arrows and normal sword are not able to pierce thru. Its hard to compare for those Europe warrior and those of middle east cos one is fully armed and the other are not. The technology are many times aparts.
But those in three kingdom are fighting hand-to-hand are using about the same technology and weapons.
So its quite hard to compare. -
