to do a biz, u first need to have a high level business plan.........then u derive a sales plan........then u design a marketing plan
u cant jus set up a biz overnite and expect to reap profits the next day
e-commerce is too saturated
and how diff is ur product from others?
how do u attract ppl to see ur offers and trust u and buy from u? -

Tips of setting up a biz.
First of all, you'll need alot of capital (depend on the trading). You need wise man to run the biz. You need (long term) plans for develping of biz. Plan every steps carefully. You'll need some luck. Luck is when preparation meets opportunities.

I agree with FireIce. Doing your own business is not easy. It looks easy but it in fact is tough as hell. Easy to say start small. In fact, the smaller your business, the harder you work. Too small a business with no/ little funds, you can't employ pple. End up, u do everything. It's 24/7. No holidays, no leave...... Work for other pple is different wor. 8 or 9 to 5 or 6, mebbe a bit of ot here & there. Got leave, can take mc. If u run a biz and fall sick, no such thing as mc. See doctor, means $. Dun open for biz means jia kaki. Oso u think that wenu run your own biz= no bosses? If u really think so, U r completely wrong. U'll have even more bosses as every customer is your boss and u have to please every single one with very different character. Think so easy to run your own biz.......? Wake up lah........

how bout arn empolyment agency...went to this hope recuitment some times back near shenton area, go arn interview the lady owner.. maybe she got a few tips to share
