Nice, peaceful spots in Singapore

Please list down the tranquil, nice places you know in Singapore. It can be having nice secenery, quietude, great atmosphere and so on, away from the bustling of the city..
How about Labrador park, and esplanade promenade, but sometimes they are quite crowded.. -
Marina sq food court NON aircon section. The scenary is good. especially at night. Vivocity Skypark. Bukit Timah nature reserve. IMH. Raffles hotel rooftop.

Lim Chu kang Cemetary.... they are quiet most part of the year...

I am gonna check out Vivocity, heard it's newly open, but it may be crowded..
Yeah IMH's park is large and nice.. -
I dislike Orchard, in a way you can't find any quiet spot to sit, and the noise of traffic. The Istana is beautiful but of course, you would'nt want to mess with President Nathan..

Mount Faber Park

Vivocity's nice, crowded, futuristic shopping mall. Inspiring architectural designs. I guess that's where upper class shops. Too crowded.
Should check out various desolate spots like carpark, etc... -
..... and the moment people share what the nice peaceful spots they know are... it isnt going to be nice and peaceful ANYMORE loh.
I used to love going to sungei seletar dam (or some call it Yishun dam) when I was young. it was quite, almost deserted, and like a little secret place for me and my doggy.
Then it was featured in some NICE PEACEFUL SPOT IN SINGAPORE documentary.. and the rave vans started coming in hordes blasting loud music, the families start coming in droves to BBQ.... and the rubbish.. the rubbish left behind....

That place is Jurong Hill, There is a small spiral watch tower there, but looking at the recent air quality, u could probably skip thiat palce for the time being.
Go to Bird Park... look out for a narrow uphill road ... and there u go ... -
My house seems quiet and tranquil.
But I digress...
I'm surprised no one actually mentioned it - Punggol end.
Take 82 all the way. Alight at where it is U-turning, then go to the beach. Walk along the beach - when you come to the end, climb up the wall (around 1 metre only) and continue walking.
After awhile, there's a whole big place with a view of some island for you.
I always go there with my girlfriend. -
Sembawang Park? Though I've lived in Sembawang for over 6 years I've never been there....
