Would like to note.
Most "fancy" cars being used as Police Cars in USA are donated by the dealer in the area they operate. This is in recognition of Police's service in that area.
Dealers have been generous enough to donate, jaguars, BMWs, etc.
However, these vehicles do not enter regular service but usually used by the police department for publicity purposes (school visits, etc). -
