Da last time I went to Seoul, it was -7 degrees. I wore only 2 sets of clothes and thats it! Nothing to cover my nect or face though... dats da cold part...

i wore normal long johns...ard 2-3 layers of clothes plus a thick jacket.
shawls can be used as scarfs ard the neck( this is what i did)
and beanie...to cover my ears (really really pain) and not forgetting gloves!!!!a must!!!!!
i also wore 2 layers of tights when wearing skirt( ai swee mah..)hehe... -

if shes afaird of cold,can buy those heater pad thingy...its in small packs...for body or feel also have...not sure whats its called...winter time got sell... -
