  There is an uncle selling tissue at Ang Mo Kio MRT station. he is sitting on a wheelchair and have his left leg amputated. He put a sign saying he needs the money for his kidney dialysis treatment.Sometimes, I also saw an old lady sitting on a wheelchair stretching out her hand holding a packet of tissue trying to beg people to buy tissue. Many people just passing her without buying to MRT.

  The uncle at Jurong East I encounter before, and also got 1 time, a sec school gal approach me in Orchard, and ask me for money because she lost her bag which contains her handphone, wallet etc. On both occasions, I gave $2 and walk off liao.
  
  I may have been cheated, but the thing is, I don't care. I will rather be cheated once or twice, then to turn a blind eye to people who may really need the money.

  I know this one , I never bought from her because ME MYSELF always bring tissue out one. Then I was beside the Cheers waiting for my other friends and she somesort stare(diao) me for not buying tissue with her.
