Btw, these scholarships are exclusive to FTs only, locals cannot apply for these scholarships. As long as you're a foreigner (talented or not), you're eligible for free education by the Singapore gahmen. If you're a Singaporean, pay for your own education and when you go out to work, it's your obligation to support the education of these foreigners. At least some of these FTs are honest enough to serve a bond in Singapore after getting their free education. Some others just run back home to China and our gahmen cannot catch them also. -
