Singnet new system of billing

Happened to mine also.
Called them and checked, everything is in order.
I think they got received a lot of calls. -
they really too much lor.
last month bill me $69+.
then said they got new billing cycle, this month should be much lesser.
then guess wat?
this month $59+!
i asked my sis called up and asked, they said when we FIRST signed up singnet, we paid $55 per mth, so since now our contract expired, they charge us the same price as we first signed up.
tmd wat logic!
force me recontract isit?

yar knn wad the hell happen?? i didnt remember me talking alot on the fone last mth.. yet my bill shot up to 90++ my eyes almost popped

On second thought, I think i better dun sign a line with Singtel.
Tot of doing that coz my contract with starhub is expiring soon. -

somemore at nite when try to open email account cannot connect. funny test comm i sent out one email from my singnet account to my yahoo email can send. but my own singnet email account cannot receive.
call their sales support 2 days no one answer tell me can recontract online so they can save the extra work doing it over the phone...some real black sheeps working they must be cheap paid labor

edit: just receive my bill today and i should have a 1 month free subscription when i recontract. they still bill me next month's usage! seriously i think sinkneh's billing system sux, billing people in advance before oopl even actually started using their service. worse the reason why i recontract is to enjoy the existing discounted offer price but in my bills the discount are far lesser than what was advertised for my plan!
advice to all new sign ups and existing subscribers. don't sign with singnet, get out while you can.
its just simple mathematics, if sinkneh make it difficult for customers to understand i don;t see their intention in keeping customers. mayb they have too many and hope some will just f off their ever busying coc ktomer service lines

i tried calling their hotline yesterday evening when i got home from work. guess what? their call centre closes at 6pm! that's ridiculous, singtel is a major telcom in asia yet they don't have a 24hrs call centre like M1. such a disgrace.
i called again this morning. was totally fed up with all the number pressing before i was put on hold and waited minutes before i can talk to a human. -
aiyor so poor things.. not much of ISP or phone provider choices for you guys there huh..
