Care to share abt the culture of the firms? ur experience working in there? -

actually PWC may not require you to work as long hours as others. Depends on your luck! -
My gal works in one of the big 4. The feedback I've been getting is the amount of turnovers throughout the levels in KPMG. I heard too while the rest of the big 4 firms, had a $200 increment recently throughout the board. No matter what grades you are, it didn't happen to KPMG.
