103 don't go Serangoon Garden, as far as I know.
It's better, but practically nobody knows how to go to Serangoon Bus Interchange. The MRT is further down, not directly below the interchange. You have to walk. -

Take the wrong 315 at the most loop around my house, go back to Serangoon Garden before going back to Serangoon Bus Interchange.
