By 2010, in order to smoke:
1) Have to bid for a COE (like car) before you can smoke. Upon, successful bid, you will be given a registration number which you have to carry with you to buy ciggies. But you can opt for a off peak COE which allows you to buy ciggies from 7pm to 7am only.
2) However, in order to buy ciggies, you also have to buy Smoking Tax which you need to renew every year and also a comprehensive insurance must be procured.
then people like the TS will help to add to our GDP.
