I do mind. But if she smokes and I love her alot, I'll keep encouraging her to quit smoking.
If she fails time and time again to listen to my advice, then I'll break off with her. No point being with somebody who doesn't change for the better.
Oh, please do not misunderstand. She need not change for the sake of me. I'm serious. It's for her health sake... and next time, for the sake of the baby. And if she doesn't want to kick this serious and disease-causing habit that is ruining her health and her life, then I guess she's just not my type.
Anyway, I'm attached to a non-smoking girl.

The girl smokes, some people will mind. But doesn't mean cannot love. From a Christian perspective, hate the sin but not the sinner. Love a person has to be as a whole, not just from one habit. However, if smoking is a pet peeve for you, then really must consider if you can tahan especially since the person is not going to stop smoking overnight.
It's just like any habit or whatever, depends on whether you can get by knowing the person does that. I've heard of some really weird pet peeves. -

Seriously, if it is true love, then you shld accept the flaws of her as it is and you should also respect her decision to keep smoking as part of her lifestyle. Forcing her to quit is a selfish act and mostly, this kind of r/s will not stay strong when you find other flaws with her.
