  i think the problem is you, last time every now and then will lose password, then i just call up then give I/C and within 30mins everything back to normal, sometimes the staff even let me immediately change to the password i want

  heyy princess I share the same problem as you...the modem simplys cuts me off half-way and refuses to connect and when it connects it is damn blardy slow...conclusion?never use singnet...my personal opinion...

  i have used singnet since the first time i had an internet connection and i am happy to say that i have never faced any serious problems and i use the internet everyday too
