Actually I agree with u.. I myself changed my pwd and there was an error.. called both technical and sales side but they were both unable to resolve my problem giving me excuses like "you have to wait for a few hrs before trying again" or "maybe u entered the wrong pwd" or "Did u put it on caps?".. seriously if that were the case wouldn't it have been solved during the first call..? But instead crappy excuses were given and they pretended to ignore me and kept insisting on resetting it to my default pwd whereas for the tech side, they insisted that I waited for 2 hrs and if I was still unable to login to call 1610 again to reset it to the default as they were UNABLE to do so.. wtf? There is no point sending feedback to their "Contact us" website.... Sent already, and both Bills and Sales confirmed they have received the email, but they cannot retrieve/open it to read.![]()
After much ding-dongs, the person from Sales asked me to re-send to their help01 email address, which I did before the new year, but this morning, he called me to say he never received my email. I had sent a copy of my email to myself and I had received it immediately before the new year, ok!
All this rubbish from them has been going on for almost 2 weeks! Plus, their Communicator still doesn't work even after they have reset the password for me.
And they call themselves an internet service provider!![]()
Their so-called service is ONE BIG JOKE!
This is a lesson learnt....be warned.
