  virus definitions not as up to date as they claim they are.

  i think norton is inferior to avg..
  
  my old notebook was infected badly when i was still using and PAYING symantec
  
  after i used avg, no problems.. and avg is free!

  try to find the virus name on the net, then, see wad they ask u to delete in the registry, after that, there should be not problem

  i have ewido on my pc now... but it expired.
  
  but oh well anyway i'm not going to spend good money on a lousy program anymore.
  
  the problems all started coming the day i registered on the symantec website...
  
  i started having popouts telling me WinAntiVirus is better than Norton and then one thing led to another

  after i installed avg, i wiped norton.. and i still had 5 months left on the subscription..
  
  hope you get rid of that trojan soon..
  
  maybe in future, try OSX
  
  i've no antivirus at all
