fucking hell. cant the govt get to the root of the problem?
They all think jumping is so easy. I bet it take a shit load of guts to jump infront of an incoming train.
I'm sure these suididers must have gone through hell before they even considered jumping.
If they wanna do shit like raise gst without seeing if the people are able to cope, we're gonna get lots more of this in 2007.
And. how many more people do we need to see die before we actually see them get started on mrt barriers for all stations? 10? 100? -

Don't think they really bother about those people killing themselves, they just worry about how much money they can get.
There are lots of ways people wanting to die can kill themselves. Why choose MRT tracks? First, it's owned by the gov, they want to make a statement to the gov, that their policy suxx.
If I wanted to die, I would have chosen pills because it's less gory. Unless I want to make a statement to somebody, like the gov, then I would choose the MRT tracks.

I think next time they would step up security up MRT liao, but hard to secure so much of the tracks. -

Due to the increase number of men hitting train, extra expenses have been incurred in getting the shuttle bus and revenue lost through reduced ridership.
The projected profit margin have been seriously reduced.
Therefore, the train company, for the interest of the shareholders, have to increase the fare to cater for emergency team and extra expenses. -
