If you got like 1390 pics in your minisd and try to load them on your phone's gallery all at once, of course it'll lag. Must remember your hp is not running on core duo.

Press *#0000# to see firmware..if you update through nokia software updater, the latest you will get is .41.
.42 is available now but not through nokia software updater for local users.
