Will drinking too much tea have bad side effects?

Anyone here knows the side effects to taking too much tea. Lately my mum bought lipton tea for me, so i keep drinking like 3 cups per day but no milk, with two teaspoons of sugar, But i can still sleep well at night. Are there any otehr side effects. I heard stuff like YOUR HAIR WILL DROP and U WILL BE ADDICTED and things like that.

Drink more, and your body odour wont smell tat bad..

Just like coffee, tea did contain some caffeine.
So drink too much, cannot sleep.
But overall, tea drinking is good for ur health.

i drink lotsa tea too. according to some old folk's tale, drinking too much is not too good for women cos it is very cooling. -

Nah I don't trust lipton tea. I always thought that overprocessed food/beverage is never good for you. 'sides it's overpriced for that sort of quality.
I drink lots and lots of green tea though, brewed using premium leaves.. like 7-8 full mugs a day. No bad side effects so far.. in fact it's quite the opposite O.o -
oh. But the percentage of caffine and all is quite little right?

Last thursday , l drank 2 big cups of tea and then l decide to go sleep..
wah piang..cnt slp lo...l was damn awake till 5+ in the morning lor..
keep tossing around in the bed!!
So l advise u not to drink too much la before u want to sleep.. -
Drop the sugar content else you will get hypertension real fast.
