cheating?

ok like i was doing a project which involves a lucky draw.
and me and my partner are doing the draws.
because i was the one who did majority of the work and kept the forms i know that my partner only got like 20+ forms, while i got like 230+.
every 20 was bundled together.
but when we drawing from the bundles, the results was that my partner's gf and her closest friend both won a pair of movie tix each.
i found it v suspicious. i want a redraw, because
1) i dont trust him
2) i did so much work, so he shouldnt benefit
3) my friends helped me a lot, i want them to benefit too
4) he kept the winning forms...someting v unusual as normally he will throw everything to me, because i didnt get to see who are the winners. thus he could just change the info.
5) i just dont like the fact that his gf and her friend benefit, while my friends who helped a lot do not benefit
so what do you all suggest i do?
i told him already, dont notify the winners yet.
i want a redraw. this time infront of our tutor.
if he hurrily inform and notify the results, i think he is guilty of cheating.
help me. -

sigh.i want to repay my friends for their help. because without their help, my project would be a flop, as my partner is useless. out of 250 quiz forms, he only got like 30. and we needed 400 to pass to our tutor. and now that his gf and her friend got 2 pairs, i really feel unjustified...

he has shown that he is no longer interested in this project, and thus no point in helping him. he didnt bother much, only asking me to fill him in so that he can smoke thru and know what to write for our own reports.
but surprisingly, he secretly kept all the winning entries forms without informing me. and i didnt realised so until i came home and checked. that how come i dont see the winning forms. and he kept quiet until i called him.
suspicious you know. for someone who cant be bother to do anything to suddenly take the winning forms. -
jus spend the money and buy some movie passes for the frens who helped u loh

the way you put it makes me feels that you're having cheating tots too..so after you redraw we might probably see your partner coming in here and post the same topic as you.. which seems like too much haste leh.. so guess the best is just leave as that...
and like what FI said.. since you think your friend help you so much buying the movie tickets to show your appreciation seems the best choice and will probably show your friend that you appreciate the work they put in... -

fair or unfair is very much depending on which side you siding with.. either way its still unfair to the other so who is to say that the draw was a lie?
there are reports of ppl striking 1st prize in lottery twice which is probably 1 in a billion chances of that happening but it still did so can we say the chances of 2 in 250++ is just a much higher possibility???
not that i' trying to side with his/her partner just that things have to see both side and unless its being proven else the benefit of doubt should still be for the accused.. -
unless u have some hard evidence against him, i say, its good to know life is unfair sometimes if nt most of the times. even if he cheated , he got away with it.
