Frightening experience

For all people who take shuttle buses to and from IMM, pls take awhile to listen to my story here.
About an hour ago at around 9.30pm, i took the shuttle bus from IMM to JE MRT. Just as we were reaching ( at the pedestrian crossing near the back door of JE popular), there was a blangala (i presume) cycling cross the pedestrian crossing. The bus driver saw him ( I know cos i saw the driver wave to the cyclist) but to my horror just drove straight through without any signs of stopping.
A few seconds later, a female passenger let out a sharp scream and the next thing i know, all the standing passengers were thrown forward. To my relief, the cyclist was unhurt but the driver acted like the cyclist was in the wrong. He even gestured angrily towards the cyclist.
The incident left me shaken as god knows what would happen if the driver had not e-braked in time. Any1 knows where i can report this incident?
Btw, the bus number is PA 177D and the driver is a plumb chinese guy with a pot belly who looks in his late 40s. -
I supposed the driver assumed that the cyclist would "siam" away or something....

maybe he thought the cyclist can move across the road in time, so he just continued to move and nt brake. can complain to the management of capital land, as they are the ones who hire the drivers -

No...the cyclist is wrong.
Road traffic rules says that cyclist is not to cycle across the pedestrain crossing. Its called the pedestrain crossing for a reason.
The driver should have anticipated that the cyclist obviously dont care for road traffic safety. He should have stopped safely and gone down to scold the cyclist. -
wave to him as in wave to ask him to pass?
if he wave to ask the cyclist to pass first, when why he dont brake in advance?
or he wave to him hinting "hi, here i come!" -

last time got 1 chee bai bangala cycle and stop infront of the red traffic light, in the middle lane of the road. when light turn green he instead of cycle straight he turn right.
knn... that lane is a go straight only lane. and he is on my left front bumper that time. almost knock that worthless piece of shit down.
pua chee bai... so how? if i knock down that worthless piece of shit. whose in the wrong? me lor.
pua chee bai... i curse that worthless piece of shit cycle and fall down and break his worthless neck.

i always took the '2308' shuttle bus..
some drivers very 'GL' wan, they like to bully those bikers or cyclists.
poor bangala~!
should really report him man..
what if that bangala really gets killed?
what if the passengers were hurt?
he should be given a warning. -
No road courtesy...might lead to road rage...

some bangala/indian really need to be knocked down before they realise this is singapore. the road are not for cows.

Maybe it's just mis-communicationlah. When drivers wave, it's usually saying that he is giving way to the other person. If not, they just use the horn. So perhaps, he waved to signal he is giving way. The cyclist hesitated and still did not move. So the driver moved first. At that instant the cyclist also moved, forcing the driver to e-brake.

No matter what,when u near it. U must slow down and abt who's fault or not is not priority. Safety comes first! -

cyclists cannot cycle across pedestrain crossing de. they must dismount and push. but how many of them care?

people shouldn't cycle across pedestrian crossing is probably just to prevent them from hurting other pedestrians, dun think drivers should bo chup the guy just because he's cycling across it. And wat will a pedestrian crossing be called if cyclist is allowed? -
