i always drink NutriSoy's high calcium soy milk
keep up the milk drinking!
at least if next time someone punches you a la zoe tay on channel 8, your teeth won't fall off so easily -

now if punch me, i think half of my teeth will drop off

if you buy milk, buy the high calcium kind loh.
a bit more expensive, but they pack in a lot of calcium!
i think one 500ml carton of high cal nutrisoy contains about 900+mg of calcium.
i THINK.
or if you eat foods like bok choi (some chinese cabbage), it's high in calcium too. -
