Err before I tell you about my friend's story I just remembered one told by my grandma
My grandfather has heart problems and he had a heart attack and was sent to hospital.
During his stay he kept asking my grandma who is that lady in red at the door looking at him and that she is there most of the time.
He recovered but I think a few months later he passed away.
Anyway, during the funeral my grandma told us that the night before he passed away in his sleep, he asked her if they had any visitors coz the lady in red from the hospital came and stand beside the bed earlier in the evening
So who exactly is this lady in red?

My friend told me this story which was said to her by her mum. I'll try to repeat as close to the story I heard before but this story was narrated to me about 14 years ago so I may not get the details right.
Her mum grew up in a village here and said that time they were building the Benjamin Sheares bridge but the bridge kept collapsing. The villagers kept their kids closed to them coz they heard stories from other villages of children going missing and later found beheaded. The rumours were flying around that the heads were used to be buried under the bridge so that it will stop collapsing.
Anyway, there was this little boy from his village who went missing after his mum sent him out for some errands. They called a huge search party but they couldn't find him. The next morning, they found his headless body on the village dirt road.
The parents were extremely upset and the father swore to find the murderer for justice. Apparently they did the rituals which was supposed to summon the spirit back to tell them who the murderer was. Everyone in the village was supposed to attend the funeral and walk past the body which was not in the coffin.
Accordingly to my friend's mum, this guy from the village when he walked past the body, the corpse actually grabbed him because he was the murderer.
Anyway I'm not sure if she told this story to my friend to scare her or what and I think it sounds abit farfetch but it was scary hearing it when we were kids

i did observed something when i was travelling along Nicole Highway, i noticed a pair of stone lion placed in front of the construction site facing the road...i wonder if there is anything to do with the tragedy

Hmmm thinking of more ghost stories I heard
I mean school ghost stories I heard plenty in my sec school but I dunno how true are those also.
Some claim seeing a flying head flying around the corridors at night
A classmate claimed that he saw a girl in white from the corner of his eye looking at him play basketball in the evening, sitting on the fence, but saw nothing when he turned to take a look
Others claim they heard a girl crying in the cubicle beside them in this female toliet when they are 100% sure they are alone in there
Dunno how true also but I think every school have their own resident ghosts or ghost stories

it happened when i was in NS (BMT)
i was doing my re-course at Nee Soon Camp...new buidlings. We were the second batch to have used the building.
For whatever reason that i cant seem to recall...the entire platoon was confined along with a few others from other platoon...
suddenly in the middle of the night....we heard " Foxtrot Company! Fall in!"
we panicked....we looked down and saw our Section Commanders shouting for us to fall in...wth...in the middle of the night?
We rushed down for lever 4 to the ground level, falled in ..did a roll call...and were dismissed...
we have had no idea at all..what there was all about...until the following monday...
there was one hokkien peng platoon in my company...one scholar platoon...and 2 others...i belonged to one of the others.
on that friday night...the few, that were confined from the hokkien peng platoon, did not sleep early. they were chatting...all thru the night...abt themselves, abt their gf outside...abt their gangs...
then one of them feeling the need to relief left the group and went to the toilet just next to their bunk.
then he saw something....and he screamed....
the duty specialist heard...and falled in all of us...
he then later told the duty specialist that he saw a lady in white...long hair...floating along the corridor...and when he saw the spirit...it went thru the wall of the nearby bunk of another platoon...
but....from what i heard from another platoon...it was more than meets the eyes ..... -
anyone wanna know the truth?
