By the way, they have a new but not so new technique to recruit people.
First, they asked you to fill up a survey form. Obviously, they said its only a survey lar. But a few days later, they will call the number you put in the survey form. Then they will start talking all the crap lar saying they got a job opening. But if you want to find out what it is, you got to go down to their office. Lolx.

To the writer n other youth : Yes of course money comes from hard work.
It is possible to achieve 10K n above n watever per month if the people there follow the instuctions
and be positive. For me personally, I think I'm better off working on normal jobs
because it's hard for me to become a leader to take charge of things and some probs with the manager there.
To be sucessful in any area including this, one muz face rejections and critisism. The people in MLM have to be strong. I now grew more stronger after the experience.
Yes i agree that a lot of MLM companies are out there to cheat people. They ask people to invest in their products or investing to secure a place in the MLM first which i think is bad. These r just bad apples. Not that I'm siding this company. But I first joined them because I do not have to invest a single cent. Well, only transport money, effort and courage to go out there to talk to people. So, it's a win-win situation where there's nothing to lose.
I saw some of my juniors at that point of time(2 years ago) now had become busniess manager and a car achiever. They will pay for the deposit of the mercedes for you if you hit a certain high quota(by recruiting more people to get in more sales). that iz the life of the 19 yr ol guy. If dun have license, u cn choose to take the cash.
The part where they are being secretive its because they r doing "bullet-proofing". It's because if u tell a somebody(eg) that is your best friend that have a negative view toards MLM, she will confirm tell you to avoid these people because she does not know anything about them n u will b easily influenced.
Btw, I admit it's really not a good feeling where we have to lie to our friends to bring them into the offices. But imagine your friend calling u and said " Hey wanna come to my workplace?.. i would like to show u our products and maybe we can sell them together!" The world wold be a nice place if we can say these things to our friends and they will happily meet us... but the world does not work that way. Try to be in his shoes, and understand how other people feel. It's hard work doing all those presentations.. repeating the same things 5 - 6 times a day. Just try to understand and dun put these story in the forum as though its the worst sin a mankind can ever do. Open up your mind Singaporeans.

a 'friend' brought me there and asked me to sign
but he cant convince me (i want to laugh at that time) so he asked his seniors to convince me with their crap.
i give face i stayed for awhile & listen to their jokes..

According to my friend:
Several top people in Enyouth, SDM (senior distribution managers), did not get their position through the right/normal way. Meaning they did not get their position through working hard, getting in the sales, recruiting in the people.
They got to SDM position because the company at that point of time was facing crisis. So the boss had to secretly promote some managers loyal to him to be SDM so as to show the rest even thought company in crisis, the people are still doing well.
There are also occurance of rearranging the group, suddenly, this manager jump 2 levels up.
Car Achievers (CA)
When a manager or SDM hits a certain quota, they become CA. Meaning company will pay for his/her mecz, bmw, etc 's downpayment. That's all! Although they have a car fund that is to be divided amoung all the CA every month, it had rarely been in the 4 digits.
So if the particular CA's group is not doing well, the month's comission for the CA is very little. And with the little car fund, the CA is going to suffer.
There are at least 12 SDMs whom had sold off the car and had left the company, as they are unable to keep up with the expensive lifestyle. -

The business planning manager still told me... say degree holder or those studying university de ppl...even lose out in terms of income with the so called manager of venture era..then explain to me..y is governemnet promoting ppl of going to the UNVISERSITY...and y so many ppl wan go university study...l am sure that a degree holder can win the incomes of those VENTURE ERA SO CALLED MANAGER...

How did they cheat u? did they take your money n give u nonsense?How do you know the products are no good when
u never tried them. Well, the only bad thing abt them is i thing their quota iz too high and its too stressful n one of the manager there is too selfish. But one of the products ( calstar ) - (cheaper version of the water filter system) improved the condition of my grandmother's diabetes and im grateful for that.

haha guys.. Venture Era is a MLM company.. i was 1 of them.. well.. for 2 days..
1st and formost, they do have a product that won international award. That is their duno wad water system (it is somewhat like DIAMOND water.). i forgot le cos its like 2 years ago. Anyway, 3 drops of IODINE can kill a human. This lady drank 3 drops of iodine mixed with the water in front of us.. so well, it does have some neutralizing effect.
It is also true that 2 years of SUPER DUPER hard work can make u a winner.. they have this thing called the C.A which stands for Car Achiever. It goes by a point system whereby every product u or your downline sell, you get points. So when u manage to hit a number of points within a period of time, you get your very own customized merc or BM free. And the last time i went, there were only 6 C.As.. the next C.A to be is up upline's upline. he is a final year SP student then.. shld be in army now(so yep, u can be rich pretty young).. but imagine the amount of money they leeched.
Here is the catch
How many zillion people died under this MLM already? because the initial earnings is FREAKING low.. in fact, negative. U must be extreamly lucky to succeed. 1stly, you gotta target your family and friends.. next you target your family and friends' family and friends.. then you hit on the strangers around you.. lets see.. it simply means making the entire world hate you. Sound like insurance angent huh..
As to how they CHEAT money.. well, they dun cheat.. but use a more.. scheming method. Take this incident for example. I have a friend who joined this company earlier then me. He convinced me to follow him so i went.. during the 2nd day i saw thru their system and quitted the job.. well, he stayed. for 2 months he was unable to sell a single product, which means he got 0 income for 2 months. He is already living on bread and butter yet his direct upline warned him that if he is unproductive, his profile would be removed from the company. Being afraid of losing this "wonderful" opportunity, he end up buying 1 stupid machine himself which cost him all his savings plus some loans.
The next month, he joined the army. -
