  your friend is workin leh, maybe he needs money badly (family stuff, etc),
  or perhaps like what you said, wants to forget somebody ....
  he's so much better than those 20++ still never go work that kind lo.
  
  however at times tell him to give himself a break, because his schedule like so pack like that ....
  he doesnt want to hangout after work is because he's too use to this routine or is he already like that before he started goin to work ? the type that dont like to go out ?

  Last time he used to be out-going. Anywhere such as watching movie or playing arcade he sure go. recently kana rejected by a gal so become like that.
  
  Always stay at home - no more friends going out with him. Even i find it sian to go out with him cos I dunno when he will be free.
