National Library got alot of plugs for you to plug your laptop. Although you'll have to see your luck whether you get a place.

in the end i go book cafe, there very good, many tables with powerpoints beside them.... but better get ready extension cords...unless your power cord long enuff.... the drinks and food there quite affordable anyway so i dun mind staying there for hours... and its not crowded...esp when today is raining!
