u have to manage the client......so that when they have openings, they will ask u to help to post ad and filter
and u have to manage the candidates....collecting their resumes, matching the ppl to the jobs......cham siong the pay........arrange interview.....
and i think u can choose the industry u wanna focus on
like u oni hiring for financial or IT or retail/FMCG -

coz i had an interview with a bank two weeks ago
thru an agent
i went to meet the agent in his company, before that i kena pulled to register first
the bank job up to now no news, then yesterday one of his colleagues, from another division called me ask me if i am interested to become recruitment consultant
