Heh, ATF where got cheap?
Last time go there buy Imation brand DVD-R at 25/$18. After walk to Bugis Junction, found out got new type Imation "titanium" DVD-R at 25/$16.50! Bang balls man!
But at ATF everyone treats me O.k leh, or issit cos i got more tatoos than them?

The other while waiting for my pc to be assembled at their assembly shop on level 5, I saw someone bringing in their pc to be troubleshooted too. Perhaps it's better if you bring in directly to the assembly shop rather than the retail shop on level 4. But then again, it depends whether you know the Uncle there or not. The only downside to Fuwell is... there are lots of people. So be prepared to wait for just squeeze yourself through. But that is expected when it has gained reputation. So yes, my vote for fuwell too. -
Logically, if service of ANY retail shop is PUROSEFULLY POOR, the underlying cause is almost ALWAYS Bad/Soured Employer Employee Relationship.
The equation is simple, being a boss of any business in retail, treat your employess the way you want them to treat your customers.
Like dragg says; that could well have been the young chap's last day after being told off over something!
However, poor service is different from when shops are unscrupulous! -

I believe that you can give the best trainers in the world to make someone the best service provider, but if the person himself/herself do not believe in it, then there's no use.
Besides, i think we should have expected such kind of services from a place like SLS. -

If you all know the history of Sim Lim and ATF... you will know why ATF has such a big presence in Sim Lim.
ATF owns many lots in the 3rd/4th floor before Sim Lim ceased selling them and started renting them.
k, this is as much a can say.... all i can tell you is... there is one major power in Sim Lim slowly buying away the lots... in no time they are going to own most of the upper floors. -

This one i actually pity the staff. He dont follow around, boss say him idle. normally i would prefer salesperson to greet the customer, ask them they looking for anything particular. if not then tell them what is new in the shop or what promotion they are having now, then ask for them when you need and most important of all, LEAVE YOU ALONE! -

THere's 2 ways SimLim is heading now. The Upper levels will be owned by 1-2 owners and rented out at expensive rates.
or the upper levels will be owned by 1-2 owners but they set up megamalls with many PI stuff.
So either way.. it's headed for sucky service. -

If you buy your things from Fuwell, you can return the faulty parts to them within 30 days, showing your receipt. They will replace for you. I've replaced a monitor. After 30 days, they don't replace for you. Rather, you have to hunt down the different distributors. You can always ask the Fuwell people, they will tell you where. -

They don't sell 1 whole computer though... you read through the brochure and tell what parts you want and they will give you. If you don't know how to build, they will build for you, in about 1 to 2 hours time, depending on the number of customers they have. Extra service charge for this, how much I forgot. -
