Republic poly the diploma lao ya mah?? i mean compared with other poly,republic dips holder get lower pay ornot?? or hard to find jobs competing with dips holder from other polys??
my teacher say when u go for interview u show ur boss a republic poly diploma...

Year 3 can't slack, got 2 FYP to do. Very xiong.
But got a good distance to walk, especially when you need to borrow equipment. Heck, yesterday need to borrow laptop, walk a good few metres.
RP has lots of empty space... don't go any of the ulu blocks, it's very cold. Anything beyond E3 and W3 is too cold.
One good thing though, we have the latest equipment. Today they just emailed us about a new multimedia room. 2GB of RAM, enough to run Maya and Photoshop at the same time. Got Xbox 360 room also.
All in the library. -

Group work everyday, with teams that change everyday. If you are suay, get a class who loves to sabo, lessons end at 6pm. Sometimes they love to ask questions without thinking.
Trust me, if you aren't an independent learner, RP isn't suitable for you. You will transfer out in less than a semester. My class has got less than 12 people left after first semester. That's how bad it is. -

Everyday got grade which stand like 50% or 60% of your total grade. SUX ... (cause i like to depend more on exam)
What i hate most is that your peers (group members) will grade you participation during the day. Stupid Stupid Stupid!

The facs don't take peer evaluation so much nowadays (unless you are year 1, they know year 1s don't lie)
What matters is your ability to work with your team, your ability to present your findings and your understanding at the end of the day.
Me got lots of Cs from not speaking...

hmmm ... i am year 3 .... =) ... i got C throughout all years ... but after the sch move to woodlands!!! i did not go school then got to repeat for another sem ... and yes ...
