Only the basement is open so far... NTUC Fairprice and a few other shops like Bengawan Solo, Homefix DIY, Breadtalk etc.
As for the upper levels, i dont think they will open anytime soon.... the place is still in a big construction mess...
Confirm it's Cathay? I dunno which cinema operator is going to station there leh... Anyone knows?
For all Ang Mo Kio dwellers, one thing for sure... no more wearing of shorts and slippers to NTUC Fairprice... cos the place will be packed with a lot of people from other areas cos they are curious... And no more free parking... ok lah last time it wasnt free also, but most people have the habit of parking at the huge carpark and then rush in to buy their things and rush off without putting parking coupons...

Cathay and the arcade - Zone X will probably open closer to the end of 2nd quarter as renovations is still underway.

I don't reckon that mall is very big from the looks of it. I'm not surprised if the theatre sizes turn out to be similar to jubilee, which in my opinion is a big joke.

Actually I feel the same as you guys too.... From the looks of the mall which is now still in quite a lot of construction mess, it seems not as big as they claimed... but it is the largest neighbourhood mall so far.... so it cant be that bad lah
- Junction 8 is quite big after the extension (AMK hub is bigger)
- Jurong point is quite big and it holds quite a lot of stores (AMK hub is bigger)
- Tampines mall is quite big too (AMK hub is bigger)
- etc.
Hahahaha so think of all the big neighbourhood malls and then tell yourself that AMK hub is bigger and then it will be bigger.... It's a fact! -
