Hahaha... maybe it's still too early to judge lah... we have to be really in the building when it's done to judge... Looks from the outside may be deceiving...
Wow! Nice stats... where did you get them from? sounds very true... but how come I read from quite a few article that says AMK Hub is the biggest neighbourhood mall? Jurong Point is not a neighbourhood mall?Originally posted by ^tamago^:Jurong Point is 408,000 sq ft while AMK Hub is 350,000 sq ft.
When Jurong Point extension is completed in 2009 (Prime Point), the combined space will make it on par with Marina Square and City Square (to open in 2008 ) on a joint ranking of 5th and a total lettable space of 700,000 sq ft.

Anyway, there is a reason why they want to make Jurong Point so big... It is to entertain all the people living in the West... For all these people, going to town is such a chore, so they'll most probably go to Jurong Point for entertainment.... whereas for certain areas like AMK, going to town isn't an issue at all...

The $328 million, seven-storey complex — which will be linked to Ang Mo Kio MRT station and a new air-conditioned bus interchange — is the first joint development of its kind by the Singapore Labour Foundation, NTUC Income and NTUC FairPrice.
The car park is already open... Huge carpark... go deeper into the carpark because tht's where the entrance to the NTUC is... parking is free for first hour only...Originally posted by Ganasai:anyone know if cars can park there already since some said its already open? wonder if it would be like vivocity when parking is FOC in the beginning before its grand opening...
