Talks are cheap, if you really believe what the top brass said about police force is working hard to reduce crime, think again. Without these criminals committing crime, why we need to have a police force?
And also, I read from a thread a few days ago about one fellow called mata about one chap sniffing glue on bus. The forumnite said that the mata have no patrol cars avaliable. Dunno true or not lah, but Sinagpore mata have quantity, no quality one. -
