get her to teach u stuff, then do slowly ask her out cos u need some1 to talk to cos u are not feeling good

may i suggest getting to know her better as a normal classmate before deciding on whether you wanna move in on her.
just because someone may be a hot chick it doesnt mean that she has a good personality... or is someone you might enjoy spending you time and effort on.
do research on her (friendster, classmates, rumors, etc)... try to interact with her... get to know what kind of people she hangs around and make sure you leave some sort of an impression on her.
never attack too early
