dont be stupid. Dont use concealers too often. It will damage your skin as it will make your skin dry. Dry and oily that is.
When your skin is dry and hot, it tends to secrete sweat and oil.
What you need to do is wash your face 10times a day but be careful, dont use facial foam that is too sensitive/strong. You need to moisturise your face a lot so that it stop sweating. -

this is my routine before makeup and concealer. it might help u.
wash ur face, put on toner, then use the clinique 3 step. the step 3 which is a moisturising cream. after that ur free to use any product on ur face since the moisturiser has already moisturise ur face and acts as a mild protectiong for ur face against the make up, making it less likely that u end up with more acne or pimple. -
