My teacher told us that we are going to have a hands on course thing on june.
And the school is going to help us pay $200 for it.
Its complusory, and we will have to pay back the balance of $200 if we fail to turn up.
Is my teacher bullshitting?
Why should i pay the sch cash for not going to something that i did not sign up for?
Or if the teacher really force me to pay somehow.
Can i write a letter to MOE or something? Will i be able to win this "case" thing if i dont turn up? -
i think all school are doing this right? last time i also got to go for some computer courses because the school already paid the courses. so, if u are not going means that you are wasting their money.

No rah....its becuz the school sponsor you all the $$ for it, then I believe they[the course company] count it by per head. Then if you people dun go, waste the $$. Writing to MOE doesn't solve, because you are the one who is wrong first. Pay and don't turn up for course, you think you are the CEO?

whatever a 16yr old does during his/her free time is seldom constructive.
are you going for courses to upgrade yourself for your future?
or are you going to hang around, stare at the screen playing DOTA?

are you going to read books on self improvement?
so you tell me, what is constructive to you -

I gonna use the time to do some N level revision work too.
The course is like some nooby computer,design course which only covers on the basic which i prolly know already. Which i am totally not interested.
Considering what i say is true. Option 1 is a far more better option

well i think you need to learn more in life. because i seriously think that you're just 'reading' yet not understanding and applying.
arrogance is not a very good trait to live with.
considering your age you consider yourself well learned already? why would you define it as 'nooby'? or something you 'prolly' know?
you can continue 'reading' your self improvement books. and skip the course if you want. at most, a letter will be sent to your parents.
