  Do your part,
  Ur desktop PC is one of the causes of heat and energy wastage.
  Switch to using laptop or low-power desktop, like imac mini.
  
  Enable Sleep mode.
  Do not leave your PC on 24hours.
  Note even sleep mode burns energy like hell.

  Two months ago I remember Golden Village screening an exclusive movie at Plaza Singapura & Vivocity called "An Inconvenient Truth". I have seen that movie. Its actually a documentary about global warming. I am grateful I have watched that. Very informative.

  I'm also glad that Channel 5 is broadcasting the movie "The Day After Tomorrow"... Hopefully everyone who watched the movie will learn something and do something, before all of us get crushed by Mother Nature just like the victims in the movie...

  An Inconvenient Truth is not shown in cinemas anymore. However, you can pick up the VCD/DVD version at HMV. There are two versions. One is the standard version shown in the cinemas and the other is same as the standard version with a 30 minutes of updated information. It even comes with a fully bio-degradable packaging! Sadly its not cheap. I last saw was like 40+ dollars for the DVD.
