PSP or Computer upgrades?

  Recently, my parents have given me a choice between PSP or computer upgrades. I'm quite interested in a PSP but have got not much details about it. I also hope to upgrade my computer and buy some games along with a controller so that I can enjoy playing the game on my computer. But I have only one choice and I can't really decide what to choose. Any recommendations?

  PsP not much fun after u got it... upgrade comp or buy bigger monitor better bah..

  buy a new graaphic card. it worths more than psp.

  depends on what you use your computer for.
  if just normal usage, then get a psp.
  if you are a serious pc gamer or need to use powerful pc to do your job/project blah blah blah, then get a pc.

  I think you guys misunderstood what I've said. I mean upgrades for my computer. I mean upgrade of RAM, get a few software and controllers.
  
  But my computer seems to have a lot of problems now. And its really laggy and slow when playing games. The lag is not due to the internet thing but rather because of my computer. Haven't figure out what the problem was exactly was though. =/

  Hardisk 48.8GB. Intel Pentium 4, 2.40GHz. 235MB RAM.

  Of course I do. Changed one 6 months back. Changed to a forgot what brand starting with 'N'.

  Are you a gamer? If so, change your ram to 1GB will do just fine.
  Do you download videos and stuffs? If so, get a bigger hard disk, get around 100-150GB since hard disk are cheap compared to few years back.
  
  Would recommend you to change both if you have the money to spare.

  50 bucks per 20gb hd. and they dont sell 20gb no more, they sell 100gb straight for 250 bucks in malaysia.

  Not really a gamer I guess. Just play some games occasionally because school start liao.. Don't really watch much video too.
