  i read those sleep articles... they always say, if you want to prevent not being able to sleep at night, or sleep well at night, neither read nor do your work on the bed and just use it for sleeping otherwise if you turn it into a working area, it won't feel as comfy anymore.
  
  i hope my mattress spoils quickly so i can throw it away along with the bed and buy a new bunk bed and create more space in my room.....
