I think western gangs have not much influence in Asian countries....BUT Asian gangs do have alot of influence in western and europeans counties...

From what i see The Blood & crips quite scared of asian gangs that is make up of Cambodian,laotian,vietnamese and chinese gangs in the US..

Yes. Asian gangs are feared in western countries.
Police see them as ruthless, do not play by the rules, and unpredictable.
There was this case in USA where a vietnamese gang held up a bank with hostages.
Normal "honour" rule is, police give in one condition, then women and children and old are let off.
This vietnamese gang refused to negotiate and made all hostage lie face down.
As the situation tensed, the police sniper had the opportunity to take down one guy. But his aim was deflected because the gangster was standing behind security glass and missed.
Upon knowing the poilce let of the shot, the vietnamese gang shot dead all hostages and fought their way out.
All 4 hostage takers died in the ensuing gun battle. -
I read somewhere written by an american white kid he say....He saw a fight in a gas station..Cambodians and blacks niggas...The cam guy was walking back to his fren car of four pple when one of the niggas shouted at him 'hey farking chinese'...The cambodian guy walk over to the nigga car tats when one of the nigga pull out a revolver at pointed at his face...
The cambodian guy then proceed to point at the nigga face and told him tat he can go ahead and try to shoot...For his friends has taken out a AK-47 and pointed at them..
Killing the one cambodian guy will means certain death for all the niggas in tat particular car for 47 bullets can easily penerate them...
The niggas then slowly backed off...
