balloons within a balloon

just now while playing i tried to fill 2 tiny balloons inside a bigger balloon. it worked!. except for the fact that some of them dont float. i wonder why. i filled them all up with helium. lol
i was thinking is it because of the lack of helium in the 2 tiny balloons causing them to be not able to float and making the bigger balloon heavier? -
balloon material also have weight, u put small balloon, but are u sure the small balloon is able to float?

Duh, that's because both balloons are filled with helium.
Helium is less dense when surrounded by air, helium is not any less dense when surrounded by helium. -

Actually i would just walk fast or run away just to avoid the popping . If forced to get near the popping , i would get very frightened and try to run away. Sometimes i will act/behave weirdly , like some drug addicts. I will also keep staring at the balloons and try to occupy myself. -
